 Vandalism & Grafitti
The Villa Palazzo Community is a very attractive and clean community. It features a Pool, spacious homes and a quiet and safe atmosphere behind a gated entryway. Sometimes, however, vandals may get creative and display their talents upon walls, doors and fences.
If vandalism and grafitti occurs on resident property, the property owner is responsible for repair and/or removal. If the vandalism or grafitti is on common grounds of the community, please notify the Board of Directors immediately by using the Contact Us form.

Curfew? Does the community have a Curfew?
Residents are asked to not make any noise or engage in any activity that may disturb another neighbor after 10pm. Being courteous is what keeps our community nice.

On what day is the trash picked up?
Trash day is currently every Monday. Recyclables are also collected each Monday. Containers should be at the curb by 6:30 am Monday to assure pickup. You may place your containers at the curb as early as Sunday. Please remove the empty containers by 9pm Monday evening.

When is the annual meeting?
The annual meeting for 2007 will be held on May 21st at the pool at 6:30 pm. Be sure to bring a chair.

Yards

Back Yards, am I responsible for Landscaping?
YES! The owner of each lot is responsible for Landscaping the back yard and some side yards. For more information click here.

Renters

I am a Renter. Can I attend Board Meetings?
Absolutely, your attendance at Board meetings is welcome. You must, however, identify yourself and you may not be allowed to participate when the board votes or discusses owner only information.

Children

Are there Children in the community?
There are a few children that live in the community. There is not a play area provided for kids within the Gates of the community. Each home has a back yard area for entertaining family, friends, guests and should be used as a play area for your children.
Within the common areas of the community parents are asked to personally be present and supervise their children when they are playing.
A speed limit is invoked for the general safety of the community at 5 Miles Per Hour. Please click here to Report Speeders and Violators to the Board. |
