Please complete the Vehicle Registration Form below to "Register Your Vehicles" and or "Request a Gate Code".  The Gate Code will be given only to persons KNOWN to the Owner or Tenant of the Lot specified below.  Misuse of this Gate Code could result in disciplinary action being taken by the Association against the Owner.  (Proof of Ownership or Residency maybe required before the Gate Code is released.)

 

The Villa Palazzo community only provides Garage Parking for the ownership of 2-Vehicles.  Use this form to Register your Vehicles.  Please note that if you get a new Vehicle both your new and old vehicle's information must be included on the form below at the time of submission.

 

If at anytime you are Requesting a Gate Code or a change to your Gate Code, your vehicle(s) information is required.  Please allow 24 to 48 Hours for the Board to receive and act upon this Request.
