Some Homeowners have not installed permanent backyard landscaping as required or are not maintaining their yards properly. Because of the close proximity of our homes, overgrown or barren yards are visible to our neighbors. Each of us has an obligation to our neighbors to maintain our properties to preserve property and aesthetic values as well as discourage vermin and insect infestation. If your yard is in need of landscaping or maintenance, please take action immediately to correct the situation.  The Board is obligated to enforce the policy for appropriate Landscaping of Side and Backyards per the Villa Palazzo Association Rules.
