Gate Code Change Reminder

The Board of Directors, to better serve the community, has voted to remove the community gate code.  Please provide our office with a completed Vehicle Registration Form (click here to access) with the information on each of your vehicles so that we may update our files.

If you are a homeowner that leases your property, please forward this form to your tenants so that they may complete and return.  Additionally, please put down the Four-Digit Code that you would like to use for your individual entry code.

Please remember that when entering the Community on foot that the pedestrian gates should be used.  Overuse of the vehicle entrance increases maintenance costs and expenses. Please return this form to our office no later than October 15, 2007.  The Community Code will be removed from the system effective November 1, 2007, access into the Community will only be available by remote, using your personal code, or calling a resident to gain entry.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.

Sincerely,

Suzi Harris

Security Reminder

PLEASE use the pedestrian gates to enter and exit the community when on foot.  Overuse of the vehicle entrance relates directly to maintenance issues and costs as well as creating additional opportunities for unauthorized vehicle entry to the community.

Make it a practice to carry a key and use it! Safety also requires the pedestrian gates to be closed and locked at all times; they must never be blocked open for an easier return.
