Only accounts that are current and paid up-to-date may Cancel.  Any account more than One-Quarter late maybe Canceled Without Notice by uSite, Inc.   Accounts maybe re-established after any past due payments are Paid-In-Full. Account Re-establishment Charges are subject to apply.

Accounts or Domains maybe Transferred or Canceled if the Account is Paid Current or no additional amounts are due to uSite, Inc or its Affiliates.

Please understand that uSite has a very strict "No Refund Policy".  uSite services are usually always provided and available in advance of payment therefore any amount paid is for services already rendered.
